What is Delivery at Scale?
Delivery at scale requires coordinating across multiple streams of work and managing trade-offs to ensure the best outcomes for the organization and value for customers. There is no “one size fits all” approach to agile scaling, which is why this course covers a variety of frameworks and approaches.
