Denys Ryzhykh

Hi, I am Denys Ryzhykh, an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Public speaker, and a columnist. I am an authorized trainer/ICAgile instructor. I was working in different set-ups, within the different organizations and products such as enterprise digital systems, game and gaming industry, contact centers, corporate platforms, banks. Also I am a Lean Manufacturing practitioner with an industrial background. I provided more than 50 various agile trainings, mostly certification ones. In-house and public ones. My students are across the globe, counting many of them from Europe, SIngapore, Turkey, UK, USA, MIddle East, India, Pakistan and some other countries. Certified Agile trainer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe agilist. Lean, scrum, kanban practitioner. 20 years of Lean manufacturing and coaching Agile software development teams experience. My style of interaction with the audience: Actively engaging, satiric, and a little bit sarcastic. Max audience I held my speech to: around 200 ppl. Some interesting facts I do have an industrial background. A decade ago I built a macadam manufacturing plant in Eastern Europe, and then I did wind it up in a couple of years. Two decades ago I was building manufacturing assembly lines along with Toyota Lean principles, without knowing this. In the IT industry I started from the Business advisor position in 2006. I have built three contact-centers from scratch far before. I was working for four months in a game development studio without being paid for it. (finally I have got paid later on)

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
