Guide People to Agile Mastery

Become an ICAgile Member Training Organization

ICAgile helps training providers take their students on a learning journey that leads to mastery. We do this by being a trusted advisor in the agile learning space, verifying that the courses you offer meet the highest standard of learning. As an accreditation body made up of leading agile experts, we accredit agile courses against proven, discipline-specific learning objectives. These learning objectives are built into a Learning Roadmap that covers multiple disciplines. Training providers can leverage the Learning Roadmap to provide an ongoing and clear path for professionals who want to deepen their craft, blend agile flavors, and achieve Agile mastery.

Ready to Take People on an Agile Learning Journey? Here’s how:
Accredit Your Own Courses

ICAgile Member Training Organizations (MTOs) can accredit their courses to ensure materials meet proven learning objectives which were established by Agile experts. Following the accreditation, MTOs can offer ICAgile-accredited courses in both public and private settings for professional-level certifications.

Deliver Your Accredited Courses

Our Member Training Organizations (MTOs) can offer ICAgile-accredited courses in public and/or private settings. Some also compliment their agile training services with coaching and consulting. MTOs also have the option of licensing their accredited courseware to other MTOs or to Member Corporate Organizations (MCOs).

Key Benefits

With limited time and resources for training, making informed choices about agile courses is paramount to ensuring a return on investment. The quality of the ICAgile learning objectives and rigor of the accreditation process assures high-quality learning experiences for companies and their agile professionals.

The “ICAgile Accredited Course" status attests to the value and quality of an agile training course’s content. When choosing among training providers and courses, students have increased confidence in accredited learning experiences, especially when they are accredited against industry-leading learning objectives.

By accrediting and providing courses that align with our learning roadmap, you provide a learning path that encourages professionals to continue their journey with you.

Training providers that would like to offer courses for ICAgile certifications join as Member Training Organizations (MTOs). Once a training provider is an MTO, they have access to accreditation services and can offer ICAgile Professional Certifications in any of ICAgile’s many learning tracks. The ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) and the ICAgile Certified Master (ICM) certifications are not part of the Professional Certification category and are awarded to students by ICAgile based on successful demonstration of competency in front of a panel of experts. As such, the ICE and ICM are not offered by MTOs.
No, we don't provide courseware because ICAgile is an accreditation and certification body. Once you become a MTO, we'll provide you with the proprietary course evaluation matrix for the course(s) you wishes to create and accredit. Many of our MTOs use our detailed matrix (which provides course learning objectives, acceptance criteria, etc.) to help you design their courseware. MTOs also have the option of licensing courseware from other MTOs.
Individual trainers can also join ICAgile as a Member Trianing Organization to accredit the classes they teach. If you don't want to become a MTO but are still interested in teaching ICAgile-accredited courses, you can work with an existing MTO to become an authorized trainer for their ICAgile-accredited courses.
Complete this form to express interest in becoming an MTO. We will then contact you and provide you with the necessary program documentations to move forward, which consists of a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and an MTO agreement.
After you join the MTO program, we will provide you with the course accreditation matrix for the course you wish to accredit. This matrix has detailed information around the learning objectives (LOs) your course needs to meet to receive the ICAgile-accredited status. When your course is designed and the accreditation matrix is completed, you can contact us to schedule an accreditation session. Next, ICAgile will schedule a 3-hour accreditation session between the course designer(s)/instructor(s) and an ICAgile accreditor to review all materials. This is done via videoconference with screen sharing capability. Once the course is accredited, you'll be able to deliver it for the corresponding ICAgile certification.
