Vom Teammitglied zum Facilitator und Teamcoach. Was ist Agile Coaching und welchen Stellenwert hat die Moderation in der Agile Coach Entwicklung?

Mindset eines Agile Team Facilitators

Zweck, Denkweise und Funktionen eines Facilitators. Prinzipien eines effektiven Facilitators. Selbstwahrnehmung, Selbstmanagement, Neutralität, Gruppenbewusstsein, Gruppenprozess und Vermittlung von Offenheit und Begeisterung. Die Dynamik der Entscheidungsfindung in der Gruppe.

Rahmen für wirksame Facilitation

Wichtige Richtlinien, die eine effektive Moderation ermöglichen. Wir lernen Rahmen und Artefakte kennen, die notwendig sind, um Meetings und Retrospektiven auf eine völlig neue Ebene zu bringen.

Schwierige Dynamiken

Gibt es Schwierigkeiten in der Besprechung? Was ist zu tun, wenn es schwierig wird, wenn Druck und Widerstand aufkommen? Wenn das Team zu jung oder zu reif ist? Wie man mit schwierigen Dynamiken umgeht.

Start als Facilitator

Wie bereitet man sich vor, wie organisiert man den Raum, persönlich oder aus der Ferne. Welche Werkzeuge und Techniken stehen zur Verfügung.

Agile Meetings

Wir werden etwas über Agile Events lernen. Was sind die Ziele und Prinzipien von Agile Events. Wir werden lernen, wie man Agile Events und Retrospektiven auf eine neue Ebene bringen kann.

My name is Yevhen Domchenko and people also call me Jack. I am an energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Management 3.0 Facilitator, Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), ICAgile Authorised Instructor, Scaled Agile Framework Trainer (SPC), Professional Facilitator, Mentor, and Coach (ORSC) on my way to make a world a little bit better and help people, teams, and Organizations to become a better version of themselves. I am working with Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and other frameworks and ways of delivering value and improving the organisation. I am working with Individuals, Teams, Leadership and Organisation and help them grow and achieve great results since 2011. I have gathered years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Manager and Leader, Agile Coach, Team Member and Professional Systemic Coach. I have experience working with different transformations, fantastic teams, managers, and leaders, working with different behaviours and various organizations as well with difficult situations, challenges and environments. InPerson or remote training are filled with a lot of exercises, interesting case studies, experience sharing and great conversations. ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
