The International Coaching Federation (ICF):

All ICF-accredited coaches can obtain 21 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) points through attending the ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC) training. In order to renew your ICF accreditation for a further 3 years, you need to complete 40 hours of continuing professional development. The ICP-ACC training is a significant step towards achieving this requirement.

I aim for continuous improvement in my personal and professional life and my daily mantra is to be a better version of herself each and every day. I'm an Agile coach, trainer and facilitator, and I get energised when I'm involved in facilitating teams of all shapes and sizes to steer for better outcomes. As a facilitator and coach I spend much time getting teams from across the organisational hierarchies to communicate effectively. As a Radical Collaborator I also coaches people to get rid of defensiveness to collaborate better with each other and with other teams. I regularly speak at conferences locally and internationally.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
