About the Instructor(s)
Shane Hastie
Drawing on four decades of experience across a broad range of industries and roles, Shane brings real world examples and deep experiential knowledge to the classes he teaches.
Shane has ICAgile Expert certifications in both Product Ownership and Agile Coaching, is an ICF-ACC certified coach and has a Master's degree in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington. He is a Training from the Back of the Room Certified Trainer.
He is a former director of the international Agile Alliance, and currently co-chairs the Agile Coaching Ethics initiative of the Agile Alliance.
He leads the Culture and Methods editorial team for InfoQ.com and hosts the weekly InfoQ Engineering Culture podcast.
Shane is co-author of two books - #NoProjects: A culture of Continuous Value and The Rock Crusher: A Model for Flow-Based Backlog Management.
His role at SoftEd is Global Delivery Lead, delivering classes across the ICAgile learning programs and mentoring the global instructor team.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep.
