Toby Thompson

Drawing on almost 30 years of experience across a broad range of industries and roles, including Business Owner, Managing Director, Practice Lead, Trainer, Teacher, Facilitator, Mentor, Coach, Test Consultant, Account Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst. Toby brings real world examples and deep experiential knowledge to the classes he teaches. Toby is ICAgile certified in Agile Coaching, Agile Team Facilitation, Agile Product Ownership, Agile Test Automation, Agile Testing and Agile Fundamentals. He is involved in the ongoing development and improvement of the courses and has a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems. He is certified in Training from the Back of the Room for online and face to face classes. He has been an MC, Keynote Speaker, Session speaker at several Agile and Software Testing Conferences and has contributed to the book “An Exploration of Testers” by Dr Lee Hawkins His role at SoftEd is Knowledge Engineer and Facilitator, delivering classes across numerous ICAgile learning programs.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
