ICAgile Certified Professional - Systems Coaching Systems Coaching (ICP-SYS) Systems Coaching Course Description As an Agile coach, Enterprise coach, coach or leader, we operate in complex organisations and Systems coaching allows you to work with the interconnected relationships; seen and unseen, between all parts of your organisation at a holistic level. Our Coaching Human Systems class trains you to see, feel, hear and sense the relationship systems that make your organisations tick-over with new lenses, new ears and a somatic embodiment practice that allows you to use self as an instrument to coach into complex, adaptive and emergent systems. On this highly-interactive entry-level, two-day Coaching Human Systems course, you will get a deeper understanding of Systems Coaching. You will learn how to work with and coach complex, adaptive and emergent systems. You will have experiential practice of systems coaching, develop your skills on the course and come up with a development plan to get you to your future Systems Coach self. We will look at how conflict serves a system, how to work with conflict within a system. You will also develop skills on co-coaching; how to do it, what to consider when co-coaching, and how to set it up. We will also be looking at Ethical considerations of a Systems Coach, and explore how our Personal Biases impact our coaching.
