This course examines the origins of – and theory behind – the Agile Mindset while preparing participants with practical methods, techniques and experiences to immediately find themselves productive on an agile team. During a highly interactive two day session, participants will learn about agile communities and team structures; about the process flow and rhythm of agile teams; how to plan and track work, and how to report status, in an agile environment; and tools for defining and delivering value. To ensure that teams are building what customers will truly value, someone needs to act as the steward of value. This is where Product Ownership lives. The course explores the Product Ownership mindset, as it applies to a single Product Owner or a larger Value Team. Participants engage as teams, through the vision studio, design studio, and solution studio, as they define and refine a product and learn practical tools, models, and methods to bring effective product ownership to their real work. ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation	Agile Team Facilitation	Agile Team Coaching	The Agile Coach Bootcamp is a 5-day immersion into the skills of facilitative leadership and professional agile coaching. This ICAgile-accredited course weaves together two classes into a single, intensive experience designed to take your agile coaching skills to new levels. The first half of the course focuses on facilitation. Much of the work on Agile projects happens in group sessions, team members collaborate to identify and priorities stories, plan work to be done, elaborate stories, identify risks and issues, communicate progress in stand-ups and other shared activities. Working in collaborative self-organizing teams can be challenging and it is important that all team members understand the group dynamics involved and how to effectively facilitate these sessions. It provides an in-depth understanding of how collaborative workshops can be planned, organized and run, and how each member can contribute to the team achieving maximum effectiveness, while identifying potential pitfalls (smells) and how to avoid/address them. The course also assists Iteration Managers in addressing aspects of their role to build capability across the team.	In Person
ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching	ICAgile Professional in Agile Coaching	Agile Team Coaching	The remainder of the course focuses on coaching and adoption. It teaches the skills needed for an effective coach and mentor to bring the best out in the teams they support and to help them achieve maximum benefit from their Agile transformation. It is deeply experiential, immersing the participants in hands-on coaching exercises and using that experience to apply and reinforce the coaching theory. It will prepare participants to effectively undertake the role of Agile Coach in an organization. Prerequisites: An introductory Agile certification – such as the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – or equivalent on-the-job experience is recommended for this course. This course assumes a base-line level of Agile awareness that is taught in our Agile Fundamentals course (TECH-C-1015-C). Participants should have completed formal Agile training and have at least 12 months' experience working in an Agile team.	In Person
