I am a passionate trainer who willingly shares the various combat missions I have planned and executed through the medium of story telling during the course of my classes. My participants find them of immense value since they can relate the narrative of the armed forces with that of what they experience in the corporate world.. I endeavour to approach learning from an experiential context than mere knowledge sharing. I also explore possibilities of cooperation, collaboration and mutual respect as a personal value whenever I interact with professionals and seek their perspective of world. they operate in.

I blog, and am a critical thinker. My intent of founding Leadership-Tribe was to propagate knowledge through shared learning. This shared outlook completes me as a trainer and a learner of infinite opportunities.
