What is Agile Coaching?
Agile coaching is the practice of supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in effectively implementing agile ways of working to achieve business outcomes.
With a focus on practical, hands-on learning, ICAgile’s agile coaching course gives participants the tools and knowledge they need to succeed as agile coaches. Participants practice their coaching skills, receive feedback and guidance from instructors with industry experience, and tackle real-world coaching challenges together.
