- Understand the benefits of working in a more agile way
- See the case studies and empirical evidence
The “Mindset”:
- Understand the agile mindset, and how to genuinely be agile
- Learn the behaviours an agile minded auditor demonstrates
- Explore how and where these behaviors can be applied to the audit lifecycle
The “Tools”:
- Rolling wave audit planning
- Big room planning and team design
- Sprint 0
- Audit Sprints, Scrum, Kanban
- Audit value slicing & incremental audit reporting
- Coaching basics
- Value stream and outcome mapping
- Kata & Continuous Improvement
How best to implement:
- Understand how best to adopt and make changes towards working in a more agile way
- Create your own roadmap for change
- Explore the challenges and how to overcome them
Course details:
- Mornings (9am -1pm) for 5 days
- Remote delivery on Zoom & Miro
- Maximum of 6 people per class
